Arriving To Appointment

  • Due to COVID,Masks are required upon arrival.

  • If you have been feeling sick REFRAIN book.

  • Please DO NOT bring extra guest, Anyone NOT being services will be asked to leave.

  • Please Make sure you have the correct hair for style requested. You will NOT be able to leave and go get hair. 

  • Please make sure to have remaining balance 

  • No Oil’s/Chemicals in hair

Kid Styles

  • All kids are to be dropped off/Picked up when finished

  • If your child doesnt sit well or tender headed please text me to discuss. (i have really good patience but will not go over into someone elses time )

  • Ages 5-10 Will be charged kid prices (Scalp Braids/CROCHETS)

  • If the style your wanting not listed please send photo 903-405-9099

 

Consultations (Alopecia, Thinning, Dandruff. etc.)

  • If you have any hair issues such as(Alopecia,thin edges,severe thinning,patches, Etc) A consultation is required. Please txt me (903)405-9099.

  • Hair must be 4inches (If unsure book consultation).

  • I will provide a FREE bottle of Hair Oil (1st bottle) if hair does not comply with policy. 

 Cancel/Reschedule/No Call

  • To cancel your appointment please text me 

  • If needing to RESCHEDULE please refer to website & choose another day & time that fits best with your schedule :)

  • NO CALL/NO SHOW - 1 FREEBIE, 2nd--> BLOCKED FROM BOOKING!!

Deposits/Balance

  • Deposits are paid through Website. if experiencing issues through website please text 903-405-9099 with name email and style. 

  • Balance must be paid through Cash App(please send extra $1), Paypal, or Zelle

  • The following Mobile transactions is not accepted (VENMO)

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

  • EXCEPTIONS of RS without paying another deposit is if COVID related or DEATH related. (will hold deposit 30days)

  • 5min grace period, 10mins- Late fee applied to remaining balance (DONT BE SURPRISED) after 10min appt. will be cancelled.

  • I DO NOT CROCHET OVER DREADS!!!! 

  • Changing hairstyles is PROHIBITED unless your style is changed from SINGLE STRAND OR HALF BRAIDED/HALF CROCHET to PRELOOPED. will accomodate. 

  • All appt. durations are estimated.Some styles may take longer . 

  • AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS & SQUEEZE INS($25/$50 MONDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY ONLY) ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH WEBSITE WHEN BOOKING FOR THIS IMMEDIATE SERVICE PLEASE BOOK CORRECTECTLY or appointment will be canceled NO REFUND!!!!!
